Payment methods
You can pay securely at York Fashion using:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
These are the only payment methods we accept; they are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We never charge a surcharge for using any payment method.
How payment works
At checkout you are redirected to our secure payment partner, Whop, where you select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. The charge on your bank or card statement will appear with the prefix WHOP_ followed by our store reference. Your payment details are processed by our payment partner over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you confirm your order at checkout, which places a binding order with an obligation to pay. The total amount charged is the price shown at checkout, including VAT and any displayed shipping costs. No additional product or service is ever added to your payment without your express consent.
Refunds
Refunds, for example after a withdrawal or for a defective product, are always made to the original payment method, at no cost to you. See our Return, Withdrawal & Refund Policy for timelines.
Currency
Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of your country, shown at checkout. For the United Kingdom this is GBP (British pound). If your bank account is held in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
